Description

Due to the higher transmissibility of the Omicron variant, we've made the decision to strengthen our health protocols to create a safer environment for all audience members:

All guests must be 12 years of age or older, and show QR-code proof of double-vaccination with ID upon entry to the Jubilee. We will no longer be accepting proof of a negative Covid-19 tests in lieu of proof of vaccination. All guests must be double-vaccinated, and boosters are strongly encouraged. Please note, Edmonton Opera will not be storing any personal medical information.

Face masks (covering the nose, mouth and chin) must be worn by all guests. No medical exemptions will be permitted. KN95 masks are recommended, and we will be making them available at no charge to all audience members upon entry to the Jubilee. You are still welcome to wear your own face mask if you prefer.

All performances will be running at 50% audience capacity, as per current restrictions. Lobby bars and concessions will be closed.

If you feel unwell on the day of a performance, we ask that you remain at home and take advantage of our relaxed Covid-19 refund policy. Please call 780.429.1000 or email boxoffice@edmontonopera.com to receive a refund.

In addition to keeping you and our patrons safe, we are also requiring all Edmonton Opera staff, board members, artists, and crew to show proof of vaccination to enter the Opera Centre and Jubilee Auditorium.

We will continue to monitor the evolving situation, and keep ticket buyers up-to-date of any changes.
